Title: Zeus
Zeus died on Sunday at roughly 11.45am, just when i was stepping out for tuition. MY HAMSTER! Apparently i was so over-whelmed with grief that people offered to buy me another hamster for my birthday. ER, no thank you. I rather not go through the whole process of crying until my eyes swell and i suffer from torturous migraines. Yes, i do love my hamsters that much. Now Dale doesn't have a companion and i do feel awfully sad for him. Anyway, Zeus is starting to decompose and its giving off a horrendously putrid smell so much so i think my dad is contemplating violating his grave and throwing him down the shoot [like my pet rat, Patch, who suffered a horrible fate]. He had better not. If he did God so help him cause i would... i'll leave it up to your imagination.
By the way, hasn't anyone noticed a bunch of over-zealously gregarious juniors going around linking people when the people whom they ask to link to them have no idea who they are?! Well i guess it's legal but odd, really odd.
And... have you ever noticed disgusting ads... wait let me define disgusting: grammatically-wrong. Honestly, you don't impress people much with gross English, it just makes you sound like an uneducated person and people look down on that, well i do anyway. I have this perception of people who make grammatical errors, unfortunately i myself am infallible and have made these sort of errors occasionally. Well i'm guessing it's the environment like Ms Puja said, if everybody spoke in a certain, uniquely Singapore way, you'll probably get influenced. The last time i 'mehhed' like a sheep my mum reached out and attempted to strike me[now, now she didn't abuse me]. Yes that's how cautious i have to be with the English then, NOW, however the tables are turned. WAHAHA. It helps to be smarter than your parents [so where did i get my brains from?].
I'm joking. Anyway, Happy CNY in advance (:

Title: Why CHAD?

Now i know the legit reason behind why Chad and Sophia broke up. Chad was cheating on her with Paris Hilton, YES, Paris Hilton, OF ALL PEOPLE Paris Hilton. Brilliant move, just brilliant. I won't say i'm agonised or anguished beyond belief but i am terribly annoyed. They looked so good together! Chad you bloody moron. AND the best part is, he was on the phone talking to Sophia and apparently thought [well he thought wrong] that Sophia had hung up so he told a friend he 'hooked up' with Paris Hilton, AND goodness, Sophia heard! The dumbest things men do. Half the time they aren't exactly thinking with their heads, more like with their counterparts [you know where].

Oh and more celebrity dirt. Zac Efron can't sing. Now i think he's probably the biggest loser on the face of the earth, it's outrageous! Unfortunately, i fear i may be blammed for posting such stuff so my apologies to Zefron fans out there. But honestly. HONESTLY. Tsk, tsk.

Anyway had flag day today, i didn't have much guts and shamelessness to go around begging for loose change. I'm also 100% certain than the cans were the reason why people avoided us as though we we had some infectiously contagious disease like lets say leprosy? But oh heck, it was all for a good cause, now isn't it?

Ok gotta go sleep.

Title: It Doesn't Pay To Be Different
In the midst of understanding the outrageously unethical[it's up to your perception] of human cloning Ms Puja mentioned something. She said "Because we are all normal, we see a down syndrome's kid as abnormal, but if we all had down syndrome's, a normal kid would be abnormal". It's quite true, 'normal' is subjective but we have all been brainwashed to perceive what normal is. Face it, unknowingly we ostracise people who are just a tad different. People who are just a little less well-spoken, a little less sociable, a little less selfless as people would want them to be, being different in today's society is, well, horrid. For example, it's now a common ideal to be skinny, not just healthy skinny, rather stick-thin, so much so the person is reduced to almost nothing but skin and bones. Is this sight really pretty? History depicts that the most beautiful women in the past where emperors beheaded people as they like, were fat. So why is it now we think skinny is beautiful? It's all based on perception and most of the time our opinions are biased towards the 'common' trend. Yes? Am i getting my point through? Honestly speaking, i have to admit conceding to such 'trends' is more tempting than being constantly infallible, but because of this, girls and guys [concerned about appearance] alike are resorting to destructive eating habits that is potentially fatal.
What is right and what is wrong, when do we cross that thin fine line to the path of no return? Human is genetically made that way, we cannot tolerate change nor people who are just a little out of place. Sometimes it just doesn't pay to be different.

I'm being rather philosophical right now aren't I? Anyway the O' levels results were announced today. One of the most defining moments was when they announced the top few geniuses. Of course in any ordinary case i wouldn't have felt the same cold thread of dread/anxiety that my seniors felt, rather i think i might be quite the sceptic. One by one the names were announced followed by their brilliant achievements. Then on the screen popped out Chang Ling's name, boy was i veritably happy for her. Just on Sunday, she had been lamenting how she was gonna be terribly upset if she didn't see her name on the screen, well she got her wish and i'm telling you, this is the first time i witnessed such euphoria to the extend she was trembling! So yes i am extremely proud of her as well as my other seniors. Anyway i'm quite deaf right now, about a dozen or so people shrieked into my ears, as if the pressure build-up wasn't enough.
Anyway a shout out: To all my seniors, YOU GUYS ROCKED! And thanks for setting the benchmark now we have to live up to your legacy!

I can almost see cobwebs forming on my blog. Yes, yes, i know i haven't updated but considering the fact that the school loves to put us through torturous lectures and the fact that i dont abstain from sleeping... well you get my point.
Anyway today was rather eventful i must say. I was extremely cranky this morning. I hate it when my life is being governed by the sound of alarm bells, it's like i'm in some sort of invisible prison. Back to my point, hell, i was screaming and cursing the school for making us wake up bloody early on a Saturday morning, NOTE: SATURDAY MORNING. People sleep in on Saturday mornings, not waste time moping around in school. Anyway so we went for our 'jog' rather, we were leisurely strolling throughout the whole 'journey'. I guess my spirits lightened a little after that. But lo and behold my bag had to go missing, so did Linda's, Selena's, Xiao Xuan's and probably 15 more others. I was sort of in a panic mode i'm guessing, cause it was disastrously chaotic in school today, so i wasn't sure what frame of mind i was in.
ANYWAY. Catastrophe struck[i'm exaggerating]. Natasha fell and i felt as though my heart was gonna strike my ribcage so hard it'd break. My rationale at that moment of time was to rush there so i did carrying Xian Xuan's bag and my own at the same time. Now to come to think about it i feel kinda embarrassed seeing as i could've potentially obstructed the racing lane. Anyway she was fine after that, thank goodness. But she's still suffering from the aftermath of whacking the ground chin first.
So anyway, i'm gonna cut short the rest of events and go to lunch, I went to PP McDonalds with Lynette, Selena, Xiao Xuan, Sophia, Michelle and Bernard, Grace, Amirul, Jing Yi, Cheryl Tan and Roderick joined us a little late i think. And you know what i realised Drama people are damn funny. Sitting on my right was Michelle and on my left Lynette and in front Sophia, i'm telling you sandwiched between the trio can be a killer, They're hilarious, and i was trying not to choke or regurgitate the contents of my lunch. So anyway we went to look for socks later on, what am i talking about, i meant socks for Lynette's brother [or herself]. Oh and i bought the Hannah Montana OST[says it in fervent hysteria] haha, anyway i wanted to get either Jesse McCartney/Josh Groban/Aly and AJ but cause i was rushing i decided to get the first thing i saw.
So after that Selena and Lynette accompanied me on bus 12, cause Selena had ballet and all. AND Lynette was singing darn loudly it was rather embarrassing. LOL.
Ok
ending
my post
already
OK IT'S LONG.
xoxo Heather
P.S i was so hyper today i was bouncing off public structures. AND squatting on objects and hopping around like a monkey and.........
I'm rambling pardon me.
